Description

This compact PIR (passive infrared) motion sensor switches connected lighting on automatically when it detects movement nearby. Decoded from the ALER MINI-B reference, it is a small 80mm unit (80 80 67 mm) in a black plastic housing, wired to a 220-240V AC mains supply. Use it to control luminaires in entrances, hallways, landings, garages and stairwells, so lights come on as someone arrives and switch off again after a set delay.

Rated IP44, it copes with splashes and sheltered positions, making it suitable indoors or under a porch or canopy rather than in fully exposed, direct-jet locations. The black finish keeps it discreet against darker walls and fascias. We also stock other PIR motion and daylight sensors to suit different detection ranges and mounting positions.
