Based off of the widely popular Akai MPK midi controller, this small wonder of a keyboard is musical in more ways than one. The MPK Mini Play functions as both a standalone keyboard with 128 sounds and a built-in speaker and an intuitive USB-enabled midi controller. Additions to this keyboard include a joystick for pitch and modulation control, eight drum pads, and an 1/8″ headphone jack for silent practice. With three AA battery power operation, the MPK Mini Play is a quick plug-and-play device with plenty of musicality to back it up.
